02:38 - 03:08 - Walk up the steps, and turn left and by the gate is Fortune Totem. (2/6)
04:16 - 05:37 - Don't go through the front door, go through the side and walk past the barrel for Loss Totem. (4/6)
07:55 - 08:19 - Walk past the admin door, go diagonal for Administration Notes. - 1952 #3
08:51 - 09:38 - Walk through the admin door and turn left, break open the safe for Clocking In Cards. -1952 #6
09:45 - 10:09 - Go back out, turn left and left again and walk forward to find the broken camera. - 1952 #4
10:35 - 11:03 - Turn left, and walk forward and turn right and on the table is Medical Notes - 1952 #5
11:20 - 11:48 - Go back to where you came, walk forward and turn right and on the table is Old Newspaper - 1952 #8
12:17 - 13:45 - Walk down the stairs and pick up the machete, walk forward and turn right, draw the curtains for the Restraining Chair. - 1952 #9
14:52 - 15:17 - Go into the room, and on the table is Telegram About Miners. - 1952 #10
16:50 - 17:44 - Go up to the table with the hand, choose Amputate Fingers to get Scream Too Trophy. (You will get the trophy at the end of the chapter.)
18:35 - 18:42 - On the shelf, is the strange skull. - 1952 #12
18:53 - 19:16 - In the same room, open it up for the name tag. - 1952 #11
19:23 - 19:44 - Again in the same room, on the right side, open it up for the death certificate. - 1952 #13
23:36 - DO NOT HIT THE WOLF, 24:07 - Choose approach. 26:32 - 27:22 - Open the box to get a bone, and then go back and give it to the wolf.

25:40 - 25:48 - On top of the barrel, is the cigar box - Mystery Man #12
25:57 - 26:12 - Turn right and walk forward until you see the caged room, on the wall is Clippings Wall - Mystery Man #13
27:46 - 28:44 - Shoot the lock on the door, and follow the path, before you go down the steps, go to the back left corner to find the Death Totem. (3/6)
28:47 - 29:07 - Turn right and walk forward, to the other side for the Mine Rescue Photo. - 1952 #7
32:07 - 32:28 - Before entering the building, walk diagonally to find the Death Totem. (2/6)
32:58 - 33:10 - Interact with the axe on the door, to get the axe. - Mystery Man #16
39:41 - 39:57 - Leaving the building, turn left for the Guidance Totem. (5/6)
41:19 - 41:49 - Turn left and walk forward, you will find Beth's Phone under the floorboard. - The Twins #10
42:00 - 42:16 - Go back the way you came, the first tree you get to has a Fortune Totem. (3/6)
48:09 - 48:16 - Choose, throw vase for The Psycho Path Trophy. (You will get the trophy at the end of the chapter.)
48:28 - Choose Jump. 48:39 - Triangle. 48:54 - Run. 49:09 - Choose Pull. 50:10 - Hide. 50:21 - Triangle. 50;27 - DON'T MOVE THE CONTROLLER, IF YOU DO YOU WILL MISS OUT ON SOME OF THE COLLECTABLES.
