Barry Friedman talks about his latest book UNWARRANTED: Policing Without Permission. Barry is a professor at New York University School of Law and the director of the Policing Project. For thirty years he has taught, written about, and litigated issues of constitutional law and criminal procedure. Deborah Jacobs is the Director of the Office of Law Enforcement Oversight in King County. She's served in executive leadership positions for the ACLU with particular expertise in police practices. Together they talk about issues with currently police practices and efforts for reform.
