What’s New?
We’ve introduced a new action "Update Conversation AI Status". It helps automating Conversation AI bot status updates (active/inactive) for each contact. This streamlines bot management for tailored engagement.
:memo: Key Features:
Automatically set bot status to "Active" or "Inactive" based on contact journey.
Option to reactivate bot after a defined period when set to inactive. If bot turns to "Active" from "Inactive" state, bot replies to recent unanswered inbound message.
