Update Download Reset Bug Workaround (Microsoft Flight Simulator)
This is a frustrating one!
There's a bug happening where the game is attempting to enforce the user-chosen bandwidth cap on its own update, which is causing the update to continually reset itself and never complete.
I found an annoying but apparently effective workaround that doesn't require downloading any third party software.
Long and short of it: keep pausing the download and don't let the download speed creep up to the number you have set as the bandwidth limit. Wait a few seconds, resume the download, pause again before it creeps back up to your limit. Repeat until you finish the downloads. Good luck!

I'm playing on Medium settings with vsync on and a 30fps limit, but with clouds and trees pushed to "high."
