His leg has a fine fracture in its hidden components resulting in a looseness that will need repairing from the inside out. this is a casing of the top layer known as the Husk which is the third most layer with the fourth layer being the hard exoskeleton like a shell. Of which covers the robots insulation layer sealed by duct tape in order to prevent dust from flying up upon layer removal for repairs.

General explanation: The insulation layer is intended to control impact and prevent damage to the inner most robotics used on the legs while allowing just enough freedom inside just past the insulation layer aka layer 2/3 to allow component movement. this is soft and squishy when compared to the epidermal layer which is thinner and yet more robust to add further protection to the robots inner workings.

This robot is purely developed from scratch by samfras09.

it is worth noting that the foot is not innately automated and merely moves with the body when attached to the exoskeleton of which acts like a controller with the use of its custom made 'Domino Hinge' (Laymen's terms) upon hooking the Husk to the exoskeleton.

This video is not in regards to the exoskeleton and did not cause this damage.
It is also confirmed that this is not a fault of the robotic components themselves.

The hinge that has been created known as the domino hinge was created by samfras09 from experimentation as a necessary functional part.

This Domino Hinge component was built to allow a controlled movement between the third layer (The Husk) and the fourth layer (The Exoskeleton) of the Ghost Machine: Schatten.

Schattens body was the first to use it. This meant he was also the first test subject with its development by samfras09. He passed all the formal robotics tests testing these custom parts but his body itself is still under further development.

This custom component (You will not see here) when put into formal and professional use by the owned and run business of samfras09. It is most known (as a private component) as the C.C.M.D or the Compact Control Motion Device. it's intended for use on many of the company's machines and is a completely safe component when used externally for motion control.
