This is the main reason my streams for the last couple of days have been quite lackluster... but now that its working again we gucci! Hopefully this vid will help some people with the same problem I had!
TLDR: I uninstalled the most recent 9/1/19 Windows update by going from Windows Update - View update History - Uninstall updates - Update for Microsoft Windows(sorry didn't write it down before I uninstalled)

Hey guys! I have been super ♥♥♥♥♥♥ for the last couple of days because when you feel like playing as Josh and taking people to Suplex city, my RE5 wouldn't load!
I did everything I could from reading articles here and all over the internet. I found that if I went to the beta GFWL and it would only load the DX10 ver not the DX 9 and since the Steam version is only DX9 I looked around on how to get the DX9 updated/installed on my PC.
I finally got to a forum where a guy said he went and uninstalled a a windows update because it messed with his ability to play DX9 games.
I noticed that I had a windows update on 9/1 and I went and gambled and uninstalled that since I tried everything else... BINGO! Now I am gaming as Josh taking Majinis to Suplex City!
