Quick video going over this build as a LOT of people have messaged me asking if it is still viable. It will function pretty much exactly the same. I am not 100% sold on this as a league starter as think it costs too much to get geared for Maven & Uber Elder. However it will still work so if you loved the build in 3.22 you should love it again

The new armour and evasion bases were not available in 3.26 so this should help make up for the nerfs we saw to grace and determination
