UPDATE: So I went back in to Fo4 and loaded a bunch of save games. This time NONE of them carried the bonus into the armor. I finally found a couple of threads online which declare this issue normal game behavior. https://www.reddit.com/r/Fallout/comments/3ucc68/psa_power_armor_negates_stat_bonuses_of/ and http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/164592-fallout-4/72867036 I thought of deleting this video as not to confuse people, but I'll leave it up to show how much the community helped me in the comments, to get your thoughts on if this should be changed, and because I think Bethesda made a stupid move doing this in Fallout 4.
