This is a tier list based on my experience playing the game (mid game, Trailblaze 41 as of making this video). As I mentioned in the video, the characters are rated based on a specific criteria, and I tried to put an emphasis on different stages of the game (early, mid, and endgame) because different players will have different levels of progress.

It was not mentioned in the video, but I also factored in the sudden influx of resources needed for upgrades, once you get to Equilibrium 2. So that is another reason why Qingque and Physical Trailblazer are rated very low, because you can easily get away with not using them (not unless you are like me and you only have 8 characters in total) so you can safely skip their upgrades and use those materials on other characters instead.
