Personally i find this workout suitable for beginners to advanced people trying to lose weight , tone up /tone , build muscle , build/increase strength . The workout is designed with lots of volume ,time undertension so you can really feel the muscles work and burn, shorter rest period to get your heart rate up and promote fat burn and increasing metabolic stress which is known to help with building muscle.
