Uridium is a cult fast-paced Top-down shooter from the 80s of the 8-bit era, first release was on Commodore 64

An alien horde, attack your galaxy, for mining. Aboard your ship, neutralize their Dreadnoughts by destroying their defenses and then the core.

One of the innovations of this top-down shoot'em up, was the possibility to reverse the direction of the side-scroller ( left-right or right-left) to shoot at enemy targets
