With US bombing operations beginning in Syria it didn't take long for the US to start killing civilians and accidentally bombing the wrong people. British-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says a US strike on ISIS town of Manbij, northern Syria was hit grain silos killing at least two civilian workers.
