Using a server vote to kick a player without a proper reason.

I had been playing on this server for at least three matches. In one of the matches, I was teamed up with two random players, which I didn’t mind. However, one player, Pony Flavor, wasn’t communicating properly, which disrupted the gameplay experience. This also made another teammate, [MERC] Igojamon, uncomfortable playing the game. By the end of the match, both of them left the group, and I continued playing the next match on my own.
In the following match, I joined a high-level tank crew. Groups like these are usually formed for two main reasons: playing with friends or avoiding lower-level players. For context, I have over 800 hours of gameplay experience and play this game because I enjoy the teamwork and strategy involved in operating a tank crew.
When I joined the tank crew, [MERC] Igojamon was also part of it. As soon as he saw me, he said he was going to kick me for no apparent reason. Shortly after, they proceeded to vote to remove me from the server entirely. They could just kick me out of the tank crew and I would just create my own.
Would this be considered server abuse?
