FAILURE! Compiz as a standalone in Arch Linux running in virtualbox is not practical. I was able to get it to work, but not in a manner that I would consider a success. Nonetheless, I take you through the steps necessary to get it working on an ACTUAL computer. Please READ the Compiz page on the ArchWIKI and also ensure that you have your graphics device is set-up properly. The Arch Wiki has complete details for setting up your graphics card for best performance to get this working. Place your comments on my FORUM at http://www.cupoflinux.com
