Using Pop! OS 19.10 ep. 2 - Adding Flatpak, Snap & AppImage Support
Continuing the series on moving into Pop!_OS 19.10, in this episode I look at adding support for all the main universal package formats out there, and I give some recommended tweaks for fonts, DVD playback and backups.

To change update servers: sudo apt install software-properties-gtk
To install flatpak support: sudo apt install flatpak
To add flathub to flatpak: flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo
To install snap package support: sudo apt install snapd
To install Software Center for snaps: sudo snap install snap-store
To install Microsoft Fonts: sudo apt install ttf-mscorefonts-installer

To integrate AppImages into your system: https://github.com/TheAssassin/AppImageLauncher
To add Timeshift PPA: sudo apt-add-repository -y ppa:teejee2008/ppa
To install Timeshift: sudo apt install timeshift
To add encrypted DVD playback support: sudo apt install libdvd-pkg && sudo dpkg-reconfigure libdvd-pkg
