Series Notes:
I am starting in the Northern Forest for this playthrough.
I'm playing with enemies on (default setting), but per request from some viewers, I've turned off stingers (spiders)
I have flight enabled in advanced settings, though I plan to use this very sparingly and mainly to streamline building.
Mod support was not working on day one of the release, however I plan to add mods for permanent day and extra inventory space as soon as mod support is working. I think both of those mods will make for a better viewing experience on YouTube.
Playstyle Notes:
I have a relaxed playstyle and I strive not to overthink things.
I strive to play frustration-free, casual, and relaxed.
I tend not to like super-compact factories and usually layout my factories with plenty of extra space.
I'm not concerned with perfecting machine ratios in every scenario.
I'm in no hurry to finish the game. I enjoy the journey waaay more than I enjoy reaching the destination.
I typically don't make heavy use of blueprints, though I will likely have some. I'm in no hurry to do so though.
Comments and suggestions are welcome, but try to keep in mind my preferred playstyle.
