This Video shows the Wii Balance Board being used as WASD Movement for PC games. I'm using the new version of the Wii Balance Walker Program as well.

To use the Balance Board on your PC you need:

A Wii Balance Board
Bluetooth Dongle or built in bluetooth on your computer
Wii Balance Walker Program

I used the default Windows Bluetooth Stack for my PC to recognize the Wii balance Board, once that is done you need to start up the Wii Balance Walker Program and use the Connection button in the program.You can adjust parameters at that point and make any changes you wish.
