*Title Explained:*
On the Breeze game we were down 4 - 11. Most of us have been here, the game feels impossible and team moral has taken a huge dive. Captain told me the entire basis to ranking up is literally mental state. And he proved his point by boosting moral using A LOT of effort. Every kill someone made he complimented them, even mid round during comms. Every pick, every call out, every action was received with compliments. Even when we LOST the round if we got some picks he'd explain how we hit their eco and it was still a win for us. This really created a snowball effect and by the end we were all using comms in order to make a comeback!
Easier said then done, but be kind and positive and I bet our win rates as players would increase correspondingly. Let me know if you like these little break downs as a pinned comment. Last video people were a little confused about the title so hopefully this is a nice middle ground between clickbait and an honest lesson to help us all improve!

They are balanced to the teeth. This means rule-sets are set in place to create fair gameplay for everyone involved. Sometimes we do this "dynamically". For example: Maybe a low ranked team would start with pistol only, then get a specter and light shield. After switching sides they maybe can full buy, etc, etc. This gives a sense of suspense to the video as the opposing team would slowly face an increasing challenge!
