Why? Because I did everything I could possible have done on my spawn island and want the new content. I limited myself like this because I didn't want to generate any extra chunks in preparation to 1.17.
THIS ONLY WORKS IN JAVA EDITION BECAUSE JAVA EDITION SUPREME!
(bedrock edition has it so they generate randomly, meaning you could get one on your spawn point)
