Using VR to fight acrophobia! ■ A look at "Lift" for the Oculus Rift DK2
Today we'll not take a look at a game, but a group of smart people who try to develop a "cyber therapy" to help people with acrophobia, the fear of heights. They use an Unreal Engine 4 based environment to gather data from volunteers: the “Lift”.
I take a quick look at it and talk a little about this phobia.
