Pattern 3 is actually easier than pattern 2 since you're not in a cage. Despite the enemies being higher leveled. Especially since after you beat pattern 2 your characters are already strong. I played "Primordial Dream - Part 2" only three times after beating pattern 2. In the older videos I had some training mode BPs. This time I don't have any and it was still possible for this team to win the challenge run. 32:58 I made a dumb mistake putting Haku there. Should have checked if the Abh-Kamu could reach Oboro first. I put him there because I thought the Abh-Kamu was gonna kill Oboro.

Hakuoro & Haku
I rarely use them to attack in the bonus stage. I use them to give zeals to other characters and increase their damage or speed. This is why they don't gain a lot of BP when the stage is over. This will leave them weak but they do have resurrection. Benawi can also give out zeals but unlike the two Haku guys, I use Benawi to attack.

Dorry, Guraa & Kiwru
The projectile of the team. I usually try to keep them alive so I won't be reduced to only having close range characters. Kiwru is the strongest of the three because he has four attacks. He's not originally from this game though. He's DLC. He's from Mask of Deception where archers have more attacks.

Benawi & Kurou
Benawi is by far the strongest guy on the team when it comes to the bonus stage. His Co-op Chain with Kurou is the best Co-op Chain in the game. It's Kamyu and Urutori's laser but stronger because it takes less grinding to become powerful. Equip their weapons to increase the damage and nuke the enemies. It can even daze them.

Oboro
In the story stages he's your strongest character. Five movement and five attacks. He's also really good in the bonus stage. Give him the item that makes him immune to magic. Then have him charge into enemies and they will waste their turn using magic attacks on him. His Co-op Chain with Dorry and Guraa can daze enemies. It's harder to use than Benawi's though. I actually used it twice in the video.

Ukon
He's always one of my low BP characters because I only use him in a few story stages. So his damage will be on the low side. But he has abilities that can help the team. He can increase the damage of teammates when their near him. He can take a hit for the team and come back with 1 HP if he dies.
