Youtube is still parsing it, its a 4k file. If it's blurry give it a few minutes and other options will pop up. I published it before it finished parsing the other quality options.



The short version is -- VAAPI hardware decode (without DRM) causes the green video artifacting during playback. In VLC you can fix it if you go to the codec section and do any of these 3:

- disable hardware decoding
- choose VAAPI with DRM
- choose VDPAU

Posting this in hopes that it helps others because this was driving me insane.
