Robin Valentine lived a very peculiar life. Her parents ran and lived in their self named Orphanage, Valentine Orphanage. Unfortunately Robin was barely noticed by her parents. Angela and Micheal Valentine were much to preoccupied with work to fully raise their daughter. On Robin's eighth birthday she woke up in a hospital only to find out her home burned down, with her being the only survivor. Now, ironically, she is an orphan. Whist being in another orphanage, her isolation grew. She barely talked, barely moved... Everyday she sat on the porch staring out into the trees. She claimed to see someone else in the mirror every time she looked in it.
Things finally taken a turn for Robin. After her fourteenth birthday she was taken by a family who run a small time foster home with their daughter. This is when Robin met her best friend Madotsuki, daughter of the family. The two were inseparable.
