Jeez, those Attack Down submachine guns the enemy Shocktroopers have really make the level annoying to 1-turn. If any of your squad gets hit by one, they won't be able to defeat an enemy on the enemy phase. A lot of the strategy was finding placement to have the enemy Shocktroopers be close enough to use their HP Down flamethrowers during the enemy phase instead.
A couple of places where some savescumming is required. You need Hard Worker to proc because for whatever reason it's not possible (or at least extremely difficult) to angle a flamethrower to hit both the Trooper and the Sniper at the beginning while avoiding the Attack Down interception fire. Also, during the enemy phase, the enemy Lancer needs to miss and Aika needs to get in five (more) shots on the counterattack to kill the lancer. (Even though Double Movement proc'd for Aika, that shouldn't be necessary.)
Besides that, the X3 is needed on Hannes (or another Shock if you want, but Hannes is one of the few with relatively high Accuracy) so that his support fire helps defeat the Ace; the X3 isn't accurate enough to rely on 23 bullets hitting the Ace during the enemy phase. The ZM MP 6's on Lynn and Rosie are to ensure that they can kill the enemies even when crawling -- same goes for ZM Kar 9's with the Scouts and Engineer.
