To play Valley in VR you do have to carefully follow these steps:

1. Download the VRGIN 1.1 mod by Eusth here (zip file): https://github.com/Eusth/VRGIN.Template/releases
2. Extract zip file unto game folder
3. Drag & drop executable file "valley.exe" to IPA.exe
4. Right click on game in Steam Library and go to properties General Tab
5. Type "--VR" in Launch Options
6. Start Game from Steam library, make sure your VR headset is ready to go
7. Use keyboard & mouse or gamepad to navigate menus, you may have to move your head back
8. Make sure you are tabbed into the game from Windows, you may not be able to interact otherwise
