Snow Scout VR Full Review & Gameplay - A Physically Demanding Narrative-Driven Game
26Snow Scout is very reminiscent of Firewatch except for one major difference, it's a physically demanding game. You have to ski, by waving your arms back and forth, around the whole ski resort area. You will do cross-country skiing and down-hill skiing. You will ski fast courses, across distances, & up steep inclines. Most narrative-driven experiences are relaxing & chill. This is cold & exhaustive.
The narrative part of the game is easily the best part because Vreni, your supervisor, is a wholesome character. The voice actress did a great job. When the game works, it is great. However, I ran into several issues, including falling off the map multiple times. For that reason, I am only giving it a 6.5/10.
