Valve just changed Counter-Strike: Global Offensive to fully "Trusted" - meaning no third-party apps can hook the game at all. This includes OBS Studio. Game Capture on OBS Studio will no longer work, without these workarounds.

Your options are to either run CSGO in Windowed mode or Borderless Fullscreen and capture the game with Window Capture source, run the game in -untrusted mode in Steam Launch Options (which hurts your Trust Score), or use a capture card.
