G'day all MrPaladin here.

Valve, can we talk about VAC and how you have given honest players of the game absolutely no recourse when it comes to cheats or hacks who play in our games? Also for those who ever doubt that cheats can and are used with projectile or non-hitscan weapons.

We want to be able to have fun, instead we consistently find accounts that have been playing the game many hours with absolutely no power to combat the problem even when overwhelming proof is available to be given. We have ways that the games can record the cheaters. We are simply asking you to administrate your own servers. Use some of that $$$$ we have given you to protect us from those we are unable to protect ourselves from.

MrPaladins simple solution, Augment VAC with actual admins who can check accounts that are flagged. Your servers can easily record their gameplay for review. It does not take rocket science to observe the blatant cheating going on. Heck if you made a Valve youtube channel that showed you reviewing footage and banning cheaters it could pay for more admins by itself! Instead cheaters make money off your game by making "rage" videos of people while honest players are powerless to combat the problem and valve relying only on their VAC software automation.
