Скачать архив и распаковать его в cheats_ws в папке с эмулятором, затем запустить эмулятор, нажать Запуск и чуть ниже будет такая строка "Включить широкоэкранные патчи" и поставить возле неё галочку?

Download the archive and unpack it in cheats_ws in the folder with the emulator, then start the emulator, click Start and just below will be such a line "Enable widescreen patches" and put a tick next to it
