Vancouver Custom Historical Expansion (Part 1) - Introduction, Expansion Draft, 97/98 Offseason
17We jump back to the 1997/1998 Offseason and change the course of baseball history in the first episode of our custom historical exhibition franchise.
We made the following changes:
- No Arizona or Tampa
- Added Vancouver, Las Vegas, Mexico City and Charlotte to make 32 teams
- Split the AL and NL into 2 divisions each, the East, Central, South, West
- Playoffs are top 3 in each division and 2 wild cards from each league. First round if best-of-5, then best-of-7 from then on.
- DH is active in BOTH leagues
