Vedur is an action selection deck-builder game for 2 – 4 players, ages 12 years and older. There are two versions of the game, the Basic game and the Advanced game. The playing time is about 10 minutes per player in the basic game, 20 minutes per player in the advanced game.
In Vedur, players take on the role of one of the 4 village Seers, each having their own way to foresee and accumulate their visions of the future in order to reveal their weather prophecies.
They visit their village townsfolk to search for omens that they can then use to predict the weather in the most powerful and reliable way through ancient omen-lore, rituals and spirit-talking. They can even open up a portal to their preferred spirit realm, seeking aid directly from the elemental spirits.
When the King is content, he will call the most accurate Seer to the court to become his new High-seer.
May the most resourceful Seer prevail!
A part of Gamia games Nordic Herritage collection, along with Runir and Sagnir (previously known as Mythical Island).

0:00:00 - Overview
0:11:33 - Summary

5.0 - My absolutely favorite games. You can pry them out of my cold dead hands.
4.5 - Love this game! At the same time missing something that would make it a 5. Could be hard to table, lacking variability, a little light, etc.
4.0 - Really great game, almost always keeping, although has meaningful complaints as to what takes away from the experience.
3.5 - Really enjoyed, don't love it, may lose out to better games but the idea of never playing again is a bit sad.
3.0 - A good game, would play and suggest with the right people, if I never played it again wouldn't lose any sleep.
2.5 - A game I'd play again , but will never suggest it myself
2.0 - A game I don't want to play again
1.5 - A game I can't find any reason to recommend
1.0 - A game that is just bad.
