Venom VS Carnage from clay/VENOM: LET THERE BE CARNAGE
70This is my new installment from the Venom Universe, Hope you enjoy.
Venom vs Carnage statue was quite tough to craft. I tried to make as dynamic of a pose as possible but at this smaller scale, working on it was a very big challenge. I made Venom larger, bulkier and more muscular, but the height of him is similar to the Carnage. Carnage is slimmer, and has more texture, as well as appears lighter, but due to all the tentacles, and their spread, he seems more menacing on the statue, occupying larger space.
I wanted them to share similar heights: Venom is holding Carnage up and tries to punch him, hence he appears more dominant on one hand, But on the other, Carnage is using his tentacles to balance on the ground (so it is not very clear, is he floating by his will or lifted by Venom) and as well as piercing Venom in several places.
