Testing my 32X on my Genesis Model 1. I originally had this hooked to my Model 2 but 32X games kept freezing up after just a few minutes of play. I opened up the 32X and didn't notice anything wrong. Fiddled with the ribbon cables and the games still froze. In order to test this on the Model 1 I had to buy a Genesis Model 1 to Model 2 A/V adapter as the Model 1 RGB cable will not fit in a Model 2 A/V port. I used this converter to route the Model 1 into the 32X's A/V in, then I used a Model 2 RGB cable on the 32X's A/V out. For the 20 or 30 minutes I played, things seem pretty stable. Crossing my fingers this remains the case as I'd like to do more 32X streams.
