So today I am completely fed up with Comcast!! 💯
I’ve given Comcast tons of chances between calling and trying to contact the account manager for my apartment to troubleshooting the issue myself.. FOR DAYS!
I even hard wired my computer as soon as I moved in to my new place just to test it out. This was before I connected any other smart devices. Yet I was still getting a cap of 220mb/s download, and 35mb/s upload. Which usually would be fine, HOWEVER, I’m paying for 1000mb/s. So you can see how I have a huge issue. And I definitely feel like I’m not the first one to deal with this issue.

So I finally cracked, and went to get Verizon Fios. I had them as my previous provider and NEVER had an issue. And let me tell you I was WIRELESSLY CONNECTED. This was a big factor in deciding to switch over to fiber optic instead of using that old copper wiring.
