This was actually a challenge a friend gave me, as I was required to use both of these weapons AND the Helborg's Tutelage talent. This is one of those talents that you have to make a build around, as only Mercenary and Zealot have this same talent in their trees. The main downside to having this talent is that since your critical hits aren't random anymore, some strikes where you're meerly staggering an enemy rather than actually killing them, this talent procs and you don't really get much advantage out of this effect, or the strike is weak anyways so a crit wouldn't have done much. This is competing with Limb-Splitter, which offers 50% increased cleave, and that ends up making a couple of Kruber's weapons that aren't that impressive do a pretty good job.
I will admit that this is not the "best" gameplay that I've done with these weapons, as well as my selection in talents. In hindsight, since I had Ranger Vet give more ammo, I shouldn't have taken Black Market Supplies, however I still ended up getting some usage out of the Blunderbuss. On Yer Feet, Mates! proved to be invaluable here though, as most of my options at some points were to just be defensive as multiple enemies would've eaten through the shield's block when I went to get the bots up.
Overall, this build really sucks. There is really no redeeming factor to this as my anti-armor abilities are tied to both how much stamina I have and if I have crits available on my Blunderbuss. Without a reliable armor penetrating weapon, I was forced most of the time to get in cheeky headshots on some Stormvermin, but in the end I got carried a bit by bots. :^)
