A lot of people been saying it is possible to get red from vaults even at level 1, which i personally can't see it happening, as i had over 400-500 vaults used through level 1-30, and only at level 30 it was possible to obtain reds, some say at 25 it is possible too.

i will be doing more tests in the future.

just to save your time, all the items obtained were white, except few deeds every now and then.
