39-year-old veteran Gareth Humphrey vowed to walk 10km every day until the first weekend of eased coronavirus lockdown restrictions.

He walked 10km for 155 days, raising money for the military charity SSAFA - who helped him get back on track after becoming homeless while struggling with PTSD.
