If you like Vexana sustained DPS you can use combo items: Enchanted Talisman, Arcane Boots, Genius Wand, Holy Crystal, Fleeting Time, Blood Wings.

If you like Vexana late-game core you can use combo items: Clock of Destiny, Arcane Boots, Lightning Truncheon, Enchanted Talisman, Holy Crystal, Divine Glaive.

Mage emblems set 1:

Magical PEN: +13.5.
Magic Power: +17.
Cooldown Reduction: 5%.
Magical Lifesteal: +5%.
Movement SPD: +2%.
Mage emblems set 2:

Magical PEN: +11.5.
Magic Power: +14.

How to play Vexana:

Bush is your best friend. You will become invisible and will not be noticed by enemy units after a brief delay of 1 second. Use it surprise your enemies.

Always use skill 1 (Deathly Grasp) first then skill 2 (Cursed Blast). Skill 1 will make sure that enemies don’t move for enough time that your Skill 2 explodes successfully on them.

Use skill 3 (Eternal Guard) in team fight. Vexana will summons an Undead Knight at the target location and dealing magic damage to enemies hit.

Tactics:

Early game: Poking enemies with the approprite maximization of her skills and passive.

Mid game: When level 4, Vexana becomes much more feared on the battlefield as she can easily assassinate hot-HP enemies with her skillsets.

Late game: Try to play at a safer distance which should be behind high durable heroes like tanks or fighters. You must also learn to make use of the bush while trying to make perfect use of Vexana combo at it’s much safer form there.
