The Commodore VIC-20 has quite a lot of games that aren't well documented, like this one. VIC-Men is a Pac-Man clone in which you have to eat all the white dots while avoiding ghosts. However, you can eat the ghosts for a short time if you eat power pellets.
This Pac-Man clone in particular is by Bug-Byte Software this time around, released in 1982.
