This is the longest video to date on this channel. I really hope it stays that way for a while to come.
Released in 1988, Interactive Vision is unique for being the only VHS-based console ever released that overlays computer graphics on top of real-time video.
In this video I talk a little about the history of the console, then do an unboxing. Hooking the system up is a chore, but once it's done that's when the game reviews begin. Three of the six titles released are covered in this video. First is "Let's Learn To Play Together," this is the console's pack-in as well as something of an orientation video. Next up is the best game on the platform, "Disney's Cartoon Arcade," which showcases the best Interactive Vision has to offer in terms of graphics and gameplay. We end it with a fun game featuring the musical styling of Kermit the Frog in "Oscar's Letter Party."
If you're curious about weird and obscure pieces of gaming history, then this video will have you saying, "Oh, that's neat!" In addition to, "What the heck?!"
