253Vintage Story is an amazing and beautiful crafting/survival/exploration/building game. It may look like a Minecraft Mod at first glance, but that's about where the similarities end. This is an incredibly deep game, with highly involved systems and a steep learning curve for new players. Once you do get it though, this game provides some of the most chill, satisfying, and rewarding gameplay I've experienced in some time. In this guide, I help ease new players into the game so they can understand the basics of how to start out and enjoy this fantastic title. I take the knowledge I have received from knowledgeable and helpful players as I've worked through my own world, and the experiences I've picked up myself to present a thorough and patient look at the game, the controls, the ideas, and some tips to create a guide for complete beginners, or even returning players.
