Hi I am not a professional video Editor or voiceover artist and this was one of my very first YouTube Videos, so apologies for the quality of this video, it's not exactly BBC standard.


I had a number of issues with the H3 and wanted to share my experience to help others who experience similar issues.

Virgin Media replaced my first HUB 3.0 after multiple issues. Now I have had this replacement for a couple of days I have produced a quick update.
