To start, I recorded the VF2 footage on 30fps by some reason, but the video still can be seen on 60fps (On the end on the video).

Here I'm playing the PC version of Virtua Fighter 2, and It's running with a debug patch/modified exe which allows to use various debug options. I didn't find it anywhere (I had it on my computer already) and no videos about it, so here is one.
