It is possible to boost the Stacking Volumes and yes it took me some time to actually figure out some value that lets me increase the Penalty on punchout and it works with Stacking Volumes the best so far by using these commands:

Set VisceraGameContent.VCStackingVolume PenaltyOffset 10000000
Set VisceraGameContent.VCStackingVolume RequiredCount 0

THIS DOES NOT WORK IN THE FOLLOWING MAPS (Because no Stacking)
Pestilent Penitentiary
Santa's Rampage
Shadow Warrior

Set RequiredCount to 0 is only there because some maps have nothing stacked from start and if you use that command it gives an extreme boost because you do not need to stack anything what inverts the value because it goes too high (what still lets you win).

Also make sure you enable gravitation in Gravity Drive and Zero-G because i found out that gravity volumes in Gravity Drive will disable the stacking zone entirely? (They no longer gave any score even if i used the command).
So just enable that before punchout.

Using the "Set" command will break multiplayer so restart the game if you want to play with others again!
