We find a party configuration that actually works in taking down Aeve Zalaha on the hard difficulty. It takes some tinkering, but after reading up on others' strategies, and modifying those a bit, I'm able to take him down. It was still a close battle. After that, we return the crown to Iain, and complete a side-quest with Morley's father. We also take down the greater elemental aerie of wind.
