Vitality Updates:
1. Melee LifeSteal Does Less Damage To Monsters
2. Extra Stamina Recovery increased 4%
3. Restorative Locket Works Without Max Stats
4. Divine Barrier Slightly nerfed Bonus Health and Combat Barrier Nerfed Fire Rate and Weapon Damage, but increased Bullet Shield
5. Health Nova's Weapon Damage increased 2%
6. Return Fire Got Completely Reworked
Bullet Damage Returned was reduced by 10%
Fire Rate was Completely Removed
Spirit Power increased 2 Points
Ricochet'd bullets return the right amount of damage
7. Bullet Armor Resistance increased 5%
8. Veil Walker No Longer Applies Fire Rate
9. Improved Bullet Armor was Buffed 5%
10. Fortitude's Bonus Health increased by 25 points
11. Lifestrike Hits More Targets with a faster Cooldown
12. Shadow Weave was Moved to Weapons and Siphon Bullets was Moved to Vitality, No longer granting Weapon Damage it Now grans +18% Bullet Resistance
13. Colossus's Slow radius increased 2m
14. Soul Rebirth: Increases base respawn rate by +15s
15. Unstoppable: Can no longer be cast during channels
