I quite enjoyed the first Viva Piñata, and I expected to like this one too. But other than being more of the exact same it also seems to have added a whole bunch of annoyances. There is a massive amount of menuing, and the menu is extremely slow and laggy. The bad guys show up Constantly and focus on your highest value items. Progress is nigh impossible without looking up literally everything on a wiki website.
Maybe I just grew out of this type of game, but it was a frustrating experience all the way through.
