I need help solving the last layer of the Rubik's Cube's last layer using another method.

The method I used was one where you flush the last layer, get the corners done, and then finally the middle pieces. But now I'm faced with the middle pieces for both sides being on the opposite side of where they're supposed to be. And if I don't remember wrongly, I should be one algorithm away from a complete solve.

Anyone? Any ideas?
