5Many automakers are finding new ways to help drivers feel safer and more connected. Volvo is no exception: The automaker recently debuted its On Call system, which is an advanced safety and security feature with several excellent benefits.
To reach On Call services, drivers can push a button located near the rearview mirror in their vehicle. They can also use an impressive smartphone app, which keeps the system at the driver's fingertips.
With the On Call app, you can check windows to make sure they're closed and doors to make sure they're locked. You can even use the app to find your car in a crowded parking lot. On some models, you can even start the engine and adjust climate control.
Although not every Volvo has the On Call feature, many models do, and the brand is making improvements to the system's functionality with each passing year.
