Recently VRChat has been updated to include EAC, Easy Anti Cheat. Many people are using Linux users and folk with disabilities as a scapegoat to scream at the top of their lungs... yet Linux users at the very least can still play.

Just sharing some thoughts on how the community, not EAC are spoiling VR.

I like VR

I disagree with the inclusion of EAC however on some levels I do understand it. Accessibility features should have been implemented before EAC was pushed however believe it or not, not everything has to be inclusive.

The community has not handled this in a particularly mature fashion... which is disheartening to say the least. Under no circumstances are death threats and doxing justified. Spamming discord and review bombing are also more of a way to drop developer morale. If you're already not satisfied with the speed in which the devs work... making them feel awful isn't going to help any. I would expect them to double down rather than reward negative behaviour if I had to be honest...
